Description
Job description:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, managing multiple listings, and optimizing the renter experience—not someone focused mainly on creative design.
In this role, you will oversee online listings, track lead performance, analyze market trends, support leasing teams, and ensure prospects and residents receive an exceptional experience. You’ll work closely with Community Managers, Leasing Specialists, and Resident Managers to keep our advertising accurate, competitive, and consistent across the entire portfolio.
This is a hands-on role that blends analytics with operational marketing.

- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to leasing processes.
- Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up by resident managers and no inquiry is missed.
Listings & Advertising
- Manage and update all rental listings daily (Rentals.ca, Zumper, Marketplace, Google, website, etc.).
- Ensure accurate pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, and incentives.

Market & Trend Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing, incentives, and market shifts.
- Recommend advertising platforms and spending based on data.
- Adjust marketing strategies quickly when needed.
On-Site Support & Content Gathering
- Visit properties to take clear, honest photos and videos of suites and amenities.
- Ensure listings reflect what prospects expect to see.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Support SEO/SEM, Google Ads, blog content, and website updates.
- Manage Google Business Pages and respond to reviews.
- Maintain consistent branding across digital channels.

- Conduct resident satisfaction surveys.
- Summarize insights and help implement improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with leasing teams to standardize messaging, scripts, and customer experience.
- Support with marketing materials and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple listings and priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable travelling to our properties for photo/video capture.
- Experience in marketing, leasing, or analytics is an asset.
